What are Brussel sprouts?

Caprese Brussel Sprouts with Tomato Basil Sausage
Equipment
- Griddle
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Howe Farms Tomato Basil Sausage sliced into chunks
- 1 tsp Colonel De Spices Bada Bing Blend or Italian Seasoning of your choice
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- 1 pkg Mozzarella Pearls
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Basil 1-2 tbl (fresh is better)
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts quartered
- ¼ cup Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle to medium heat
- Slice sausage into bite size chunks and cook sausage on well oiled griddle
- Cook brussel sprouts on well oiled griddle and season with Bada Bing blend to taste
- Pour Italian dressing over brussel sprouts to taste
- Add garlic paste to brussel sprouts
- Mix brussel sprouts and let cook for a few minutes, you want the sprouts to brown a bit
- Mix cherry tomatoes and basil into sprouts
- Cook the cherry tomatoes just until they start to blister and add sausage
- Mix the mozzarella pearls with mixture and cook until the cheese just begins to melt
- Remove from griddle, plate, and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top
- Enjoy!
