I’m married to my beautiful wife Staci and have 2 boys. We live in a small suburb of Chicago.
When you aren’t cooking, what do you enjoy doing for fun?
I enjoy fishing, shooting, hunting and smoking cigars.

“Darlene” – my Cotton Gin smoker
What is your favorite thing to cook?
Anything pork!
What piece of advice would you give someone who is a “beginner” when it comes out outdoor cooking?
