- ½ cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1 tbsp McCormick Greek Souvlaki Seasoning or Greek seasoning of your choice
- ⅓ cup Tzatziki Sauce store bought or homemade
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 St. Pierre Brioche Buns or buns of your choice
Instructions
- Take pork burgers out of package and separate into individual patties (you should have 4 patties, approx 1/4 lb each)
- Make a well in two burgers and place a small amount of feta cheese into it
- Place the other patties (without the well) on top of the patties with the cheese and seal the edges completely
- Season both sides of burger with Greek Souvlaki Seasoning and place in fridge until ready to cook
- Preheat your griddle to medium heat and coat with oil
- Place burgers on griddle and cook until 145 internal temp
- Let the burgers develop a nice crust before flipping, (be careful not to break open the burger or the cheese will fall out)
- Right before burgers are done, top with more feta cheese crumbles and let cheese melt
- Toast the buns, remove burgers from griddle and build those sandwiches
- Spread a layer of tzatziki sauce on the bottom bun, top with sliced cucumbers, and then the burger.
- Place sliced red onion on top of the burger and finally top it off with a dollop of tzatziki sauce
- Enjoy!!
